"We are in a global 'competition of narratives' in which our free democratic basic order and our understanding of human rights must assert themselves - and will, if enough democrats get involved! The initiative Jugendparlament e.V., which aims to strengthen our parliamentarianism and expand it to include the dimensions of intergenerational justice and community participation, is an outstanding example of such civic engagement that transcends the boundaries of parties and ideologies. As such, it deserves the support of all of us. (Photo: RetroBrain R&D GmbH)"
